The scores attached below are suggested as level-appropriate for Grade 4 solo competitors.
Too often, judges see developing players hurt their chances by choosing material that’s too difficult. It’s common to see players attempt advanced scores—more suited for Grade 1—before they’ve built the control and fundamentals needed to execute them well.
Instead, we recommend learning these scores (or others of similar difficulty) and focusing on playing them really well. At this level, clean execution, steady timing, and clear dynamics are what judges are actually looking for.
That’s the path to an upgrade into Grade 3—not pushing too far too soon.
